Salesforce.com’s Service Cloud Now Tweets

service cloud logoIf you haven’t heard of Service Cloud yet I’m sure you’ll interested. Service Cloud is a Salesforce.com product which allows company to capture information about their company in the cloud (internet). Recently Salesforce added the ability to monitor Twitter activity using Service Cloud. Basically, conversation that takes place between people on social networks can be tracked using this tool. If a company were to release a new product they could monitor in real-time the conversation about that product that’s taking place on social networks. In essence, it turns the internet into one huge real-time focus group.
